Steve VanDenBerg

Administrator and Owner

Steve VanDenBerg is the owner of ServiceMaster Restoration and Recovery and has been involved with ServiceMaster since 1999.  Steve purchased ServiceMaster DRR in 2015 while the business was in decline and completely overhauled our operations, sales and marketing, and finance.  Steve had previous experience turning around struggling ServiceMaster franchises and in just the first 24 months after acquiring ServiceMaster DRR, we experienced a 60 percent increase in sales.  Steve’s track record of leading turnarounds to save struggling restoration franchises goes back more than 30 years and since turning around ServiceMaster DRR, we have become one of California’s leading disaster restoration providers.

Ed Reyes

Assistant General Manager

Ed Reyes is the assistant general manager of ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration and Recovery.  He got his start in the restoration industry with a job as a restoration technician in 1994.  He then spent the next 29 years managing more than 10,000 residential and commercial projects and gaining experience working as a technician, project supervisor, operations manager, and project manager.  Ed’s certifications include Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Mold Restoration, Odor Control, and Fire Damage Restoration.

Maria Gonzalez

Operations Manager

Maria Gonzalez is the operations manager of ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration and Recovery.  She started as a technician in the restoration industry and also has extensive experience as a project supervisor and project manager.  Her certifications include Fire Damage Restoration and Odor Control.
